Kishor Planning and Delivery Ltd is an established consultancy with specialties in complex construction project planning and management.
We are expert project planners in the construction sector, with specialties that include tender planning, regularly updated contract project planning, performance measurement and managing emerging time risks which help our clients to complete projects on time and to budget.
We also have extensive experience acting for both client and contractor entities in the delivery of complex design and construction projects across commercial, residential, industrial, retail, leisure, healthcare, education and civil engineering sectors.
We work with demanding programme and budget constraints whilst maintaining the highest health, safety, environmental and quality standards. To keep up with the latest industry trends, we are members of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. We also hold a BSc as Civil Engineers.
We have prepared, negotiated and won many Extensions of Time applications for various contractors and have defended claims against our clients.
Some of our additional services include acting as a
Delay and Disruption Witness and Forensic Delay Analyst. We have an extensive knowledge of planning and monitoring construction activities from tender through to the completion stage.

- Providing Project Planning services to Hines for £1bn London Blackfriars tower blocks
- Providing Project Planning and Project Management Services to ISG for Hospital, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical projects like Oak Cancer Centre, UCL ION, UCB, 1 Golden Lane
- BBC Elstree E20 project - Provided planning and project monitoring services to replace and enlarge the external EastEnders set to the BBC.
- Aspire Apartments - Herschel Street, Slough - Provided project planning and project controls services to the Main Contractor Mid Group. The landmark development will provide 238 high quality new homes close to the high street in Slough's Town centre.
